We conduct interviews to get to know you better and determine your suitability for the role. This can be a 1 or 2 stage process. Our interview styles are face to face or via video conference – these can include site tours and presentations.
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
Prior to your first day with us, we ask you to provide your passport, proof of address, pre-employment medical, certificates etc as these form part of our pre-requisite requirements. We also require candidates who have applied for one of our driving roles to complete an online driving licence check.

The process will differ from role to role. After we receive your application, we’ll analyse your profile to measure your match against the person specification. You’ll then be contacted by our HR team. The next phase, could involve a series of interviews with Human Resources and, if you excel, interviews with the appropriate line manager. It is worth noting that we’ll be looking at your potential fit with our culture as well as exploring your achievements and motivations.

Prepare for the interview by referring back to the Job Description which will have been provided to you at interview booking confirmation. Also ensure you have copies of your relevant certificates to hand for the interview.
